Why might you want to trigger your periods?
There are several reasons that can make you want to do so. Maybe you’re tired of PMS and want to get your menses ready as soon as possible. Or you go on vacation in a few days and you want to get rid of your periods before that date to fully enjoy your vacation. More seriously, you have this feeling that maybe you are pregnant and you just want proof that you are not, or that you are for good!
I have a little recipe to offer you. All you have to do is make a little parsley tea. You will see, this will help your menses to come, if they are meant to!
You’ll need :
21/2 tbsp Fresh Parsley/ dried parsley
2 cups boiling water
And here’s how to proceed:
Place the parsley in an infusion bag and add the boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes or more if you want your tea stronger. Remove the infusion bag and drunk twice a day for up to 3 days.
